Teyana Taylor and Ice-T’s wife, Coco, showed off their toned abs after giving birth very recently.
Teyana captioned the picture with :”Dear Baby Iman…. Thank you for this snap back in 6 days. I love you my darling. Lol #AintNoGymBih #StillGotALongWayToGoButImGettimgThere.” Although everyone knew Teyana for her rock solid abs prior to getting pregnant. So we can credit her before pregnancy shape to the after.
While Ice-T’s wife Coco thanked her body building past to being able to snap back. “I’m a bodybuilder, but I had to stop because my doctor told me early on that the baby was sitting very low, almost to the point that if I squatted, I could promote labor. I always end my day with a glass of wine or a cocktail. As soon as I got pregnant, I cut that off. When I look at pictures of myself, I would second-guess that person too! My friends were like, ‘Wait until the last month: Your bump is really gonna pop!’ But then I was nine months and I looked like I was just six months. Not every woman has the same pregnancy. I don’t really know what to say other than I have nothing to prove, and she’s here now.”
There ladies, you have it, there is no secret to keeping a good shape is working out and keeping in shape. I have been through it and like Coco had a very small baby bump until the end, snapped back within weeks but the months after giving birth was the rough part. Decided to take my health and body back to shape by hitting the gym 4 times a week and doing boxing. Like the old saying goes, no pain no gain. And of course, some of us are just luckier than others.
